Payment, billing, refunds
Payment is via DuitNow QR direct to our business bank account, so no card data passes through this site. Once your claim is approved, the DuitNow QR appears on your claim status page; scan it with any Malaysian banking app to pay.
- Claim (RM 99 one-time). Non-refundable once we begin SSM verification. If we can’t verify your business and you don’t want to provide additional evidence, we refund 100% within 5 working days.
- Featured / Premium subscriptions. Cancel anytime. Billing stops on cancellation; we don’t refund unused portions of the current billing cycle, but you keep the tier benefits until that cycle ends.
Your statutory rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected by anything above. Full binding language is in the Terms of use.
Why no pay-per-lead?
We’ve looked at this carefully. Pay-per-lead aligns contractor and directory incentives in the wrong direction — the directory wants to maximise leads, even low-quality ones, because every lead bills. Subscription tiers aligned to visibility (Featured / Premium) push the directory to keep search relevance high, because if Featured contractors stop converting they cancel.
If sustained traffic at the directory volume justifies a pay-per-lead option later, we’ll add it as an opt-in alongside the subscription tiers, not in place of them.
